RETURN OR DAMAGED
Claims must be reported within 5 days after receiving your package.
Due to the nature of our products, We can not accept returns. We offer replacement or refund when needed. Due to the sustainability and availability of the natural essential oils we use to formulate our fragrance, scents and wax color may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Within 5 days of receipt, please notify us by email with your company information, a description of the damage and some photos of broken items and packaging. Please make sure to keep all of the original packing material and original box. We will replace the item and file a claim on your behalf.
